Tricofung is a biofertilizer based on mycorrhizal fungi (Trichoderma afroharzianum), combined with beneficial rhizosphere bacteria (Bacillus spp.) and mycorrhizae (Glomus intraradices). The microorganisms contained in the product rapidly colonize the rhizosphere, establishing a beneficial interaction with the plant. They produce a biostimulant effect that enhances crop development, vigor, and final yield, while improving nutrient availability and uptake from the soil.

Compatibilities

The product should not be mixed with conventional fungicides. In any case, prior to preparing a mixture, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer or supplier. Tricofung should not be mixed with oxidizing products, products with extreme pH, or products with fungicidal and/or bactericidal activity, as these may affect spore viability.

Dosage and method of use

TricoFung can be applied to all types of species, added to irrigation water and/or directly to the soil as an aqueous solution at a dose of 3 to 5 g/L (equivalent to one heaped dessert spoon). A proper organic matter content in the soil must be ensured.
Apply throughout the species’ active growth period, preferably in spring and autumn, or after repotting/transplanting.

Time of application

An adequate organic matter content in the soil must be ensured to promote microorganism colonization. If necessary, correction with a suitable product is recommended. Once Tricofung has been applied, and in case of any doubt, it is advisable to consult the Technical Service before applying chemical products to the soil.
