Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, the company will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs. In the case of references purchased in packs, with minimum purchase or promotional packs, they cannot be partially returned unless there is a defect or authorisation by the company. Refunds and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds. The company will manage the return order under the same system used for the payment within 7 days from the confirmation of arrival of the returned order at the warehouse. To do so, the customer must indicate the account number where he/she wishes to receive the refund. The application of the refund to the Customer’s account will depend on the issuing institution.
