Return procedure

In order to make the return process easier for customers and to be able to track the such refund correctly, the company establishes the return procedure as a single return procedure. If the reason for the return is attributable to the company (the product is defective, it is not the one you ordered, etc.), the amount of the refund will be reimbursed.

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Inform us within 5 calendar days of receipt that the product is to be returned.
  2. Information can be sent via WhatsApp +34 644 633 354 indicating the order number and the problem you are experiencing.
  3. The company will provide a return number and inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.
  4. The customer must send it by the same courier company that delivered the order.
  5. Give notification of the courier company used, date and time of return.
