Return procedure

In order to facilitate the returns process for our Customers and to ensure proper tracking, the company has established a single procedure for returns. If the reason for the return is attributable to the company (the product is defective, not the one you ordered, etc.), the cost of the return will be reimbursed.

To proceed with a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product that you wish to return it.
    Important: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
  2. To make the return, please contact us via WhatsApp on +34 644 633 354, stating your order number and the reason for the return. The transport costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer.
  3. Inform us of the courier company used, as well as the date of the return.
